You may not be eligible if:

• You are participating in another real estate rewards program.
• Your employer is reimbursing you for any real estate services involved with a corporate mandated move.
• You make contact with a real estate agent prior to enrolling in the program.
• You are already committed to a real estate firm by a listing agreement, buyer broker agreement or ratified sales contract.
